Annual Sponsorship Packages

FOCIS offers a variety of sponsorship packages to help your organization connect with the translational scientists in the FOCIS community.

These packages include Annual Meeting and year-round promotions, such as course, session, or reception sponsorship; invitations to receptions and private meetings; marketing in print, online, or at the Annual Meeting; and registration passes.

• Enjoy nearly 4 hours of unopposed Exhibit Hall/Poster Presentation time
• Exhibition space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within the respective sponsorship levels, according to the date of the exhibition space booking and the date payment is received.
• Purchase any one of our sponsor packages and receive a complimentary exhibit booth at FOCIS 2026!

All coffee breaks and poster receptions are held in the Discovery Center (exhibit hall), giving your exhibit booth great exposure and access to attendees!

Exhibitor Benefits

• Exhibitor name, logo and brief company description will be listed in the printed program and mobile app.
• Free exhibitor name badge(s) are provided to exhibitors, with the number of allocated based on booth size.
• The complimentary exhibitor name badge(s) entitle full access to the exhibit hall and scientific sessions. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for $300 each.

Exhibit Policies & General Information

All exhibitors will receive the Exhibit Policies & General Information and exhibition floor plan for selecting their space. Registration as an exhibitor at the FOCIS Annual meeting constitutes acceptance of these policies.

Booth Selection

All exhibitors will receive the exhibition floor plan for selecting their space, on a first-come, first-served basis. First, second, and third preferences will be requested. While this cannot be guaranteed, every attempt will be made to confirm an exhibitor’s top preference of booth location. New in 2026 – if you purchase a Premium Exhibit Booth, you will be given priority in booth placement.
