Flow Cytometry

Multiparameter Immunophenotyping Course (Flow Cytometry)

This course will take place as a half-day course on Monday, June 8.

This half-day course provides a comprehensive overview of multiparameter immunophenotyping using flow cytometry. Participants will learn best practices for sample collection and processing, experimental design, instrument setup, data acquisition, and analysis. Led by experts from Stanford University and Cytek Biosciences, the course also highlights emerging technologies and practical strategies to ensure high-quality, reproducible results.

Systems Immunology Course

The course will be split as a half day on Monday, June 8 and on Tuesday, June 9.

This intensive 8 hour course over 2 days provides translational researchers with a comprehensive foundation in systems immunology approaches that are transforming drug discovery, precision medicine, and immuno-oncology. Led by industry experts from Sanofi and Roche, this course bridges computational biology, high-dimensional data analysis, and clinical applications to equip participants with the knowledge needed to leverage systems-level thinking in their research.

Clinical Immunology Course

This course will take place as a full-day course on Monday, June 8th.

This one-day intensive course aims to provide an integrated overview of central concepts in clinical immunology, with a focus on the relationship between fundamental immune mechanisms and their relevance to human health and disease.

The program is designed to guide participants from the core principles of immune function to their clinical and translational applications. Topics include T cell biology and immune regulation, primary and secondary immunodeficiencies, immune modulation in organ transplantation, tumor immunology, controlled human infection models, autoimmune and allergic diseases, vaccination, and clinical trial design. Together, these sessions emphasize immune regulation as a common thread across diverse immunological conditions and therapeutic approaches.
