Course overview

This in-depth course is designed to quench the curiosity of doctors, nurses, budding scientists, and university students by providing specific knowledge about SARS-CoV-2.

The course will examine the pathogen SARS-CoV-2, the infection it causes, immune responses to infection, assays to track infection and research on vaccines and antivirals for the treatment of COVID-19 infection.

Clinicians, researchers and allied primary health care workers who care for COVID-19 patients

What is the teaching schedule?

The course will use narrated PowerPoint lectures followed by an active Q&A session. Lectures will be made available two weeks before the start of the course. Q&A sessions will be timetabled and will give the opportunity for registrants to actively engage with individual lecturers.
