FOCIS 2025 Annual Meeting is THE meeting in translational immunology that will give you a competitive edge in your career. Through the FOCIS Annual Meeting, researchers and clinicians share knowledge across traditional disease borders and identify commonalities between treatments and therapies that are life-changing for those affected by immune-mediated diseases. From the introduction of monoclonal antibodies in clinical practice to recent advances in cancer immunotherapy, the past more than two decades have been transformational for patients living with immune-mediated diseases.
This year’s meeting will take place, in person, June 24-27, 2025, at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. Abstract submission opened on October 23, 2024, and registration & hotel accommodation opened in December, 2024.

Annual meeting registration includes more than 20 scientific sessions featuring top clinicians and researchers from around the globe, speaking on cutting-edge topics across immunology and its related fields.
Member Society Symposium
FOCIS invites your society to apply to host a symposium at the FOCIS Annual Meeting. Hosting a symposium allows you to showcase your society, research, and current initiatives.
Note that Member Society symposia are held on the first day of the FOCIS 2025 Annual Meeting, Tuesday, June 24, 2025.

Why Host a MS Symposium?
- Increase Your Visibility – Showcase your society, research, and current initiatives to nearly 1,000 FOCIS 2025 meeting attendees
- No Cost – FOCIS will provide complimentary meeting space, standard audio/visual equipment, one coffee break, and pre-event advertising
- Choose Your Duration – Request either a quarter-day or half-day symposium (morning or afternoon)
- Collaboration Opportunity – Collaborate with one or more societies for a joint symposium and examine immunology from multiple angles in one cohesive session
Keep in mind space is limited. We strongly encourage you to apply early. Preference will be given to symposia co-hosted by two or more societies.
Submissions are no longer being accepted. Chairs will be contacted early December on whether their MSS was accepted.

Logistics
Member Societies host and coordinate their own symposium. Keep in mind that FOCIS does not coordinate speaker slide collection nor run the slides. All symposium chairs and speakers should be prepared to coordinate speaker slides. There will be a dedicated A/V tech that can assist with any issues/questions, as well as FOCIS staff on-hand for additional assistance.
Complimentary meeting space is provided, along with audio visual equipment (laptop, projector and screen, slide advancer, lectern mic), and one coffee break (coffee, decaf, tea) in the shared hallway outside your room.
Speaker Registration
All Member Society symposia speakers need to register for the meeting and make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Speakers must be registered for FOCIS 2025 by Friday, April 4, 2025.
Member Society Symposia Speakers are eligible for a 50% reimbursement of their registration if they stay for the duration of the meeting and complete the attendee evaluation available after the event.
We encourage your society to consider covering the speaker’s registration, and upon completion of the evaluation, your society will receive the 50% reimbursement.

Continuing Medical Education (CME)
To enable all those involved in the research and treatment of immune-mediated diseases to participate in the exchange of ideas that contribute to the forward motion of the field, FOCIS will not offer CME credit for FOCIS 2025.
Certificates of attendance will be available upon request AND completion of the post-meeting evaluation.
FOCISed Courses

Hotel Reservations
FOCIS has negotiated a special room rate for annual meeting delegates at the headquarters hotel, Boston Marriott Copley Place.
Meeting registration for FOCIS 2025 does not include a guest hotel room reservation. Discounted room rates are available until June 2, 2025, or until the block fills.
Regular Rate: $319.00/night + taxes and fees
Trainee Rate: $239.00/night + taxes and fees
