This intensive 8 hour course over 2 days provides translational researchers with a comprehensive foundation in systems immunology approaches that are transforming drug discovery, precision medicine, and immuno-oncology. Led by industry experts from Sanofi and Roche, this course bridges computational biology, high-dimensional data analysis, and clinical applications to equip participants with the knowledge needed to leverage systems-level thinking in their research.
The day 1 sessions establish core principles of systems immunology and explore its application to immune oncology through a data-centric lens, followed by an in-depth examination of how systems approaches are revolutionizing drug discovery pipelines. Participants will gain insights into integrating multi-omic datasets, network biology, and computational modeling to understand immune system dynamics.
The day 2 sessions focus on cutting-edge spatial biology methods and analytics that reveal tissue-level immune architecture in oncology and immunology contexts. The course addresses critical challenges in patient heterogeneity and precision medicine strategies, providing frameworks for translating systems-level insights into clinical decision-making. The day concludes with an interactive data analysis session where participants engage directly with real-world datasets and analytical approaches.
