Member Societies

What is a Member Society?

FOCIS Member Societies are disease- and organ-specific organizations interested in interdisciplinary and translational immunology as a component of their main area of practice/study.

Member Societies within FOCIS are not in competition with one another. Joining FOCIS provides Member Societies with opportunities to collaborate with a broad-based group of clinician-scientists.

Why should my society join FOCIS?

What is a Member Society Symposia?

FOCIS Member Societies can apply to host a symposium at the Annual Meeting. Hosting a symposium allows you to showcase your society, research, and current initiatives.

*Joining as a Member Society does not guarantee a symposium as space is limited.

Once accepted as a Member Society

Member Societies are expected to appoint a FOCIS Representative. This provides FOCIS with one point of contact to communicate important information to and obtain updates from each Member Society (such as changes to the presidency, email addresses, etc.).
