• Exhibition space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within the respective sponsorship levels, according to the date of the exhibition space booking and the date payment is received.
• Purchase a Diamond, Platinum, Gold, or Silver sponsorship package and receive a complimentary exhibit booth at FOCIS 2025!
Please note: all coffee breaks and poster receptions are held in the exhibit hall, giving your exhibit booth great exposure and access to attendees.
Exhibition Space
• The Exhibit Hall forms the hub of the annual meeting and provides an excellent opportunity to engage with professionals coming from all over the world to promote your products and services.
•10′ x 10′ exhibit booths include:
◦ Exhibitor name, logo, and brief company description listed in printed program and mobile app
◦ One (1) exhibitor badges with full access to the Annual Meeting scientific sessions
◦ One (1) Standard 7″ x 44″ booth identification sign showing exhibitor name and booth number
◦ One (1) 6′ x 30″H draped table
◦ Two (2) chairs
◦ 8′ high back wall black backdrop
◦ 3′ high black side divider
◦ 1 wastebasket
• Additional furniture can be arranged through the decorating company. An exhibitor service manual will be sent to exhibitors 60 days in advance.
• 10′ x 20′ booths will be counted as two (2) 10′ x 10′ booths.
Fees
• 10′ x 10′ booth: $2,500
• 10′ x 20′ booth: $5,000
Exhibitor Benefits
• Exhibitor name, logo and brief company description will be listed in the printed program and mobile app.
• Free exhibitor name badge(s) are provided to exhibitors, with the number of allocated based on booth size.
• The complimentary exhibitor name badge(s) entitle full access to the exhibit hall and scientific sessions. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for $120 each.
• Lead retrieval units will be available to all exhibitors for rent. More information will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

All exhibitors will receive the Exhibit Policies & General Information and exhibition floor plan for selecting their space. Registration as an exhibitor at the FOCIS Annual meeting constitutes acceptance of these policies.

FOCIS 2025 Booth Selection
All exhibitors will receive the exhibition floor plan for selecting their space, on a first-come, first-served basis. First, second, and third preferences will be requested. While this cannot be guaranteed, every attempt will be made to confirm an exhibitor’s top preference of booth location.
